Unassuming little place. Got chicken pho and spring rolls to go. They packaged everything to go perfectly and with great care.  The broth was in a separate container from another container filled with the rice noodles, chicken, and green onions.  Then there was a baggie filled with crisp fresh bean sprouts, basil, lime, sliced hot peppers, hot sauce and oyster sauce.
It was so fun to pour piping hot broth over your noodles for a fresh just made taste.  The broth was simple, clean and very tasty. The bean sprouts and basil couldn't have been fresher unless you grew them yourself.  A squeeze of lime, a spoon of each sauce and all the sprouts and basil made for a perfectly balance pho. The slice peppers were pretty hot so beware but a good heat. Sooooo good!
The ground pork spring rolls were cooked to crispy golden perfection and possible one of the best I've had.
All around a great meal at a fare price.

This place is located in downtown Baltimore, a few blocks away from Inner Harbor. It has solid comfort food options and the food is prepared quickly. Some of the ingredients are not the best, but the food was good overall.
The exterior is unassuming with a simple sign, and inside the decor is comfortable and clean. There are many seats and the staff members are kind and responsive.
I ordered the Beef Special Pho. The broth was a little light, but lime juice made it taste richer. There was not too much noodles, but lots of meat was provided. The brisket, tripe, and meatballs were tasty but the steak was actually not good, it tasted hard and flavorless. Overall, it was a lackluster pho, although the hot broth was comforting.
I also ordered a Veggie Spring Roll, which is not fried, so like summer rolls of other restaurants. The rolls were freshly made and the ingredients were well prepared. The rolls tasted quite well with the sauce provided and I ate these quickly. I would recommend this dish, even if the pho was not as great.

Stopped in for lunch during jury duty @1pm on a Tuesday.

Sat myself. The tables still looked dirty, like my table needed to be wiped down. Condiments (straws, sauces etc. needed to be cleaned up etc)

I ordered the #6 combo with a tea. The food and tea were good. I had to go up front and ask for chopsticks. The chopsticks were fine, hard plastic and sturdy and easy to use.

I had to ask for someone give me my bill so i could pay. I kept getting passed by even though i was trying to make eye contact and had sat my  bowl and tea on the ledge to be picked up.

I then had to go back upfront to get my damn change. smh.

i'm never in this area so i probably won't come back.

Pho was all I could think about on a cold Baltimore spring day. I ultimately decided on Pho Viet because they could take AmEx. I settled in for a piping hot bowl, a hot tea and spring rolls I am allergic to carrots, and the kitchen was able to prepare my spring rolls without. V thankful!

Great place for lunch while on jury duty.

It is a small unassuming restaurant, busy during a weekday lunch.

The place is clean. The food comes quickly. Though not impressive to look at, the shrimp spring rolls are good. I tried the beef lemongrass soup, which I would definitely get again.

It's a touchy pricey, with spring rolls being $6 and the noodles $10-11.  But that's the only knock.

I would recommend coming by for a quick lunch.
